I've just been to Italy and back in my Y '91 CLK 230. Pretty amazing journey and drove back from Lyon to Sheffield in one go, with stops, just on 750 miles with no apparent problems with me or the car.
However, while in Italy at a garage I noticed liquid leaking out from mid-way down the car. I sniffed the liquid and it seemed to me to be just water. Someone in the garage, through mime, established that I had had the aircon on and pointed to my windscreen which I had squirted a short time earlier. I think he was implying that with aircon on and washing the windscreen could be the cause. Now, I seem to recall reading on here that that may occur but can't find the thread.
Any advice? Is it a problem or a design fault?
