Possible welding under bonnet of B Class?

Does anyone know if these weld marks are normal or a Mercedes or B Class? I am about to buy it but wanted to check this first.

Yes normal seam sealer.

And another, that is not welding, just liberal application of sealant by someone in a hurry,
