The following has been reported as advisory "Ball Joints slight lift"
The tester would not say anything other than "we are obliged to report such items but they are the testers personal opinion, however if you have an accident and it can be shown that such reported advisory items might have had a bearing on the event your insurance company will not pay out"
So is such a replacement a DIY job by a reasonably competent individual and are 'special tools' required oh yes any idea of costs etc.
