Power steering problem W203

While driving to work this morning I stopped to turn right and steering became "heavy" as soon as I accelerated ok again, couple more stops and turns same thing happened. On the way home this evening didn't seem as bad( getting paranoid now!!!).
I checked the power steering fluid level and it is ok.
It was 0.5 Deg C this morining.
Any ideas??
