Power sun roof

Have a 1985 500 SEC, Sun roof stopped working? Tried manual operation but was frozen. Broke red plastic cover and now won't move at all. Have power to control but seems very low power, Can energize directly from and it will work. I'am sure that its probably vac because several lines run into mech.
Need help please!
