power windows/elec mirror problem

both the passenger side and drivers side front power windows and the electric mirrors on both sides have stopped working for some reason on my 1998 E200 saloon,i,ve checked all the fuses and they seem fine,it happened when the windows were frozen and i tryed to open my drivers side window and it wouldnt work,they havent worked since....i think it could be a problem with a relay perhaps?but i havent a clue where they are or to find out which one may be at fault,any help would be appreciated.

this may sound strange but the rear window regulators tend to upset the front windows on this model, if you remove the drivers door step trim and look in the wiring trunking you will find a block connector with several two pin plugs all having brown / brown and red wires this is the interior CAN connector. With the ignition on remove each plug in turn ( you have to remove half of the plug before you can pull out the connectors) untill the front window function returns allow 10 secs between removing the plug and testing the windows. When window function returns then test rear windows the one which is not operating requires a new regulator.

thanks for that ,i,ll give it a try but my rear windows work perfectly,so i,m not sure it will make a difference,its just the fron windows that arent working.
