price check 280E

hoping to get some input on whether a car i'm looking at is at a good price. it's a metallic dark blue 2-owner 1994M 280E Auto, 127000m, full service history. with alloys, air con, ehms, leather, sunroof, 12 months MOT and 4 months tax.

asking price is £3950. is this about par? i'm going to look at it this weekend, and was wondering what kind of haggling leverage i could reasonably expect.

Sounds OK to me............I paid £5500 for a 1993 78,000 mile E280 with a similar spec to yours last May. It got written off in December and I got £4900 from the insurance company........car was then reading 96,000 miles.

Lovely car........wish I still had it
