Primed wing mirror for W124

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can source a Drivers side wing mirror for my E320 M Reg (W125) estate. It's a most difficult item to source in Azurite Blue or even primed ready for painting. There are plenty on ebay but they all seem to be black!

Would really appreciate any help on this.

MB supply them ready painted for the newer models, are you after the whole mirror or just the plastic casing.
