Problem Loosing Water

Hi Everyone... I have a 2005 Mercedes Sprinter, the van is loosing water when driven at 70 on the motorway but seems not to lose water whilst pottering about around town at 30s and 40s, I have checked all hoses and looked for leaks but can't see any visible signs of leaks etc… on the motorway journeys the water low light comes on… but the temperature does not rise? Any suggestions - Thanks Lawrence

Is the lid of the expansion tank definitely on properly? Head gasket ok?

might just be a faulty rad cap blowing off to soon or a weak head gasket if no visable leak get a pressure test done to check

Check and replace the thermostat it may be sticking...
