R129 headlight wiper black caps

Did MB fit different headlight wiper arms to their SL’s - the black plastic cap which covers the nut at the front of the wiper arm is missing.
I bought an original new replacement pair from MB but they fit a different arm.

Did MB ever use maybe a Volvo wiper arm?

I have a pair of non fitting new caps for a SL if anyone needs them I will be happy to post them onto you (PM me with your address - no charge).

It’s a small but visual bit of trim which needs fixing hopefully

Your wiper arms where different to mine. Style and size..
Mine are stamped with the MB star so guess there are a few options. Think you had a larger nut, 13mm ? instead of 10mm which I think mine is.
Not managed to find any Volvo ones even similar yet.

I used V70 or 850 headlamp wipers for my 129. Exactly the same
