R129 Hydraulic top speciaist needed

Hello Everyone,

I bought a 500SL recently.
All issues have been sorted except the hydraulic top.
I need someone who knows how to disassamble the top and wrap and pack every parts properly.
I want to send them to Tophydraulics to the United States.

The car is located in North London

What wrong with the hydraulics?

It was leaking above the right rear wheel. The cylinder was changed and then the system started to leak somwhere else.
It's 31 years old, I guess it's better to rebuild everything.

PCS are excellent, and very pleasant.

Top Hydraulics Inc may be good, but the hassle of shipping to & from the States might be a concern.

They aren't hard to rebuild yourself as long as the cylinders aren't scored.

I think this car is in with us?? Traced and fixed one leak to a soft top/hard top rear catch ram, as soon as this one started to work and the pressure built up, it then leaked from one of the main soft top bow rams, which requires removal of the soft top frame. We cannot test the others as this one is leaking so bad and don’t want to take frame out and replace one, only to find the others start to leak when the pressure builds up.
