R129 Wiper issues

Dear all I wonder if someone can help
I have just bought a R129 280 1994 and I am having issues with the wipers - works on high speed, nothing on low speed or intermittent most of the time but occasionally will work - also wipers don't park correctly - I have read a number of threads around N10 and K26 issues but this is still not clear to me and I am struggling to find these components in my car. If anyone can help I would be much appreciated

Have a look at this thread...It's not an R129 but it is very similar. I would strongly suggest its a dry joint in the N10 module. I think fast speed bypasses it hence why that bit still works. You know where the fuse box is in the engine compartment? The N10 is the 2nd longest relay and it doesn't just pull out. You need to get under it. There are two plugs attached. The small plug just pulls off but the big one slides off in a diaganol movement - I think there is a latch/catch that needs pushing but be careful you get the right one otherwise the plug will dissasemble!
