R170 SLK headlights - conversion

Is this the right place for lights??

Anyway, has anybody fitted those 'angel eye' or 'projector' headlights to an R170 SLK? Thought they may give it a more modern look, but haven't seen them actually installed to see what the result would be. Any pictures out there?

Also, mine has some sill plates with loads of small rubber grommets/discs mounted in them - one of the grommets has gone AWOL - anybody know who makes these sill plates? :roll:
