The Missus called tonight to say the drivers door window won't fully close, plus the small rear side windows stay open slightly too. If she holds the switch in the closed position they fully close. When she let's the switch off the 2 driver side windows drop about 50mm.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks.

Battery off and do a window reset

Next action would be lubricate the regulator

Thanks Russ, I'll put that in the 'to do list' for tomorrow afternoon when she gets home.
Taking the SLK to Devon on Saturday for 4 days. Would be a catastrophic if we had to go in the Money Pit with this lovely weather we're having

W221's do this as well

They mess up the normalisation values

Thanks Russ, actually we had brilliant weather with plenty of sun and walking. We had 2 light showers walking to dinner at 6pm which lasted 15 minutes, second shower was 6pm the following day for roughly the same time but this shower I had to dry my glasses when we arrived at the restaurant
We are now heading to Maidstone for an extra 3 days

Made it home and averaged 54mph and 38.5 mpg - not bad considering

Not done the GDSF before and going all week in a nice Mercedes Motorhome (not mine :( though)

That will be nice for you Russ ;)
We made it to Maidstone, quick cup of rosie now the Missus wants the windbreak up.....and a bike ride and a walked into the village  at least she has mentioned dinner out which mean large quantities of refreshing liquid consumption :D

Coming back from Paignton we averaged 47 mph and 48.9mpg in her SLK. Going there it took us 7 hours from Cambridge, would have been quicker if one of Peterborough main roads wasn't closed for roadworks and they put a sign up to say, the diversion we took was closed to for an RTC buy the time we were diverted off the ambulance crews were giving CPR to one person and the firebridgade had the big curtain up over the vehicle. .:( though this closure had only happened just before we got there.
