R230 front bumper removal

Hi there. Does anyone have a good guide/resource on how to remove the front bumper for a 2002 SL55 AMG? I've discovered that I need to take it off to replace a smashed fog light. Hey ho.

Sorry, I had the 230FL (500) which was much easier once it was on a lift anyway, those were replaced from the rear of the lower grille

Ah ha! Thank you. While i see these links have expired, I've found similar. Are these low priced data bases something to be wary of or are they a good resource?

See what guys on here recommend. Nothin free so any that seem are gettin somat somehow. Or get a clone star copy then u have yr own.look flea bay.

Can you not remove the wheel and wheel arch liner to change the fog lamp? They are fixed from behind the arch liner.
