R230 Steering Lock

Simple question. Does the R230 have a steering lock?
If so where is it?
If not why not?

I don’t believe so, sure I read the reason once but I can’t remember why to be honest

The “lock” is on the gear-lever to stop it being moved out of park, without the correct drive authorisation, it won’t move.
