R230 Supply Battery AGM or Standard Lead Acid?

An AGM battery from MB for the 230 is not particularly expensive, compared to a similar sized Lead Acid battery from Halfords. I have found, so I would stick to the MB ones

A couple of years ago I bought an AGM battery for my SL from MB Grangemouth for £95, MB changed the part number soon after and the battery was £140
