R230 window seal repair - what sealant?

Hi Guys,

Quick one.. I see the mighty Malcom suggests that that we use Loctite 5940 for sealing up the rear window.

I can't seem to find that exact one anywhere and I am nervous to pick up something that is sub par.

Has anybody got any suggestions?

One person recommended a 2 pack windscreen bonder which I fear might me _too good_.

Ah yes, now I remember - post brexit - they won't ship to the emerald isle. Pity I didn't start planning this job two weeks ago, so I could have ordered to a friend last week when I was in the UK
