Radiator Grilles

I have a 2012 E220cdi saloon, can I change the slatted radiator grille for the 3 pointed star grille from the E220 sport?

If so is this is a simple replacement option.

Hello and welcome, most grills are interchangeable, if it is the same bumper then it will fit, not cheap to buy though.
