Theres a light squeak squeak sound that is emanating from the center pulley at the poly V-belt.

My indie say its water trickling on to the polybelt as it turns worse still he says there probably a small leak in my radiator.

He recommends a Nissen OEM replacement.

Radiators can easily be change DIY can't they? I mean I changed ALL my leather interior by myself

Please give any comments that can help me understand what to do.

Have you tried a Rad seal adative, must be worth a go first, though it is easy to change.
