Hello, I need some help with my radio.
I bought my car a year ago and the radio didn’t work so Mercedes replaced the antenna. It’s a 2019 GLC. I now have exactly the same problem 13 months later. Mercedes will fix it FOC if it’s the same fault but otherwise I have to pay £180 for them to diagnose it.
Can anyone help with what might be wrong?

Any advice is just a gamble from the information given.
If it's exactly the same error message that you had last time then it's possible that its the same fault.
I suspect that the £180 is what MB charge to connect up a STAR diagnostic machine and read out any fault codes.
I'm not an expert, but I don't see how a poor antenna connection would make the radio unavailable.
Many of the parts of the entertainment system are separate units and linked by a communications bus. If a unit (such as the receiver) or a comms link is faulty then you would have this sort of message.
Personally, I'd be looking at an independent for future work.
