Radio Frozen

Please can anyone help?
I have a an Audio 10CD fitted to by 2004 C220 Cdi

The radio has frozen, showing station information, however no sound. Nothing I do will move it on.

Hello and welcome, first remove the fuse to it, and then power up again and this may free it up again

Many thanks for your helpful and welcoming reply. Please excuse my ignorance but will I find the fuse in the fuse box in the boot, and which fuse will it be?

Its in the fusebox on the os under the bonnet.the designation for the fuses is in the os of the dash.

Success, however dropped fuse into housing, lucky we had a spare.

The fuse no.is 64 fuse Red 1.0
