Radio stopped working, everything else is fine, the sat nav works as does the DVD player, telephone, and sound comes through speakers ok. But when you press the radio button the screen goes blank!
tried disconnectIng battery, took it to a local BM independent garage who told me they’d found and reset the fault but still couldn’t get the radio on. They suggested it may need an update from Mercedes them selves. I contacted y local dealership and was told it would need diagnostics before they could do any thing, but at £168 for diagnostics I’m tempted to stick to car play!
any suggestions
