RCL key fobs

Anyone know if these will work with the system fitted to a 94 E Class W124?

Thanks for the prompt reply. I'm guessing I need the single button variety then? MB want £100 for the fob, and I have seen them on eBay for £25...

The Ebay ones cant be programed to your car

REally? They are a bit of a con then. I thought you only had to point the fob at the door LED's, then lock or unlock the car using the key to sync it up. Would that not work on the flea bay ones?

Nope. All the MB keys on there are unuseable. Dealer only!!

why do you need one?
if you've lost one then fair enough, if its broken then anyweb has posted a fix in the howto section.

The PO has lost the second fob. So the car is coming to me with just the one fob....
