We bought a 2003 E-320 Mercedes in July, 2003
I've had it into service 6 times since purchasing it for electrical
problems, ie: fuse blown on starter circuit- wouldn't start.;
Battery Red Alarm in display about consumers(read gadgets; heated seats; heated steering wheel; stereo; heating vans; etc.)
being shut off, apparently not enough juice in the 2nd. battery that handles the computers(3) and gadgets?? The Red Battery
Alarm has been up 4 times, each time MB Service finds nothing
wrong; today they replaced a module switch; one half hour later
same alarm came up....so back it goes in this Monday ...with
wrath atrailing it's entry....
It would be helpful to know if any new E-320 owners are experiencing any similar problems?

My brother's 2003 E220 CDI had the same problems which were, last week, traced to a problem in the circuitry of the panel behind the CD Radio.
