Gentlemen

I am the owner of a 1994 MB w124 e220 Masterpiece. I found the steering fluid is leaking. I opened up the bonnet and performed a visible check. I noted there is a wire (hose) under the fluid container that has broken (see attached picture) which I wanna buy a new one for replacement. Would you please tell me the name or part number of this wire so that I can buy it from the parts shop?

From what you can see, does the wire carry any electricity from the car battery..?
If it does, can you please check where that wire goes to.
