Rear A/C not working and driver side centre console gets hot.

Dear All,

I own a w204 c220 cdi.
I recently got the glow plugs replaced and after I got my car back, I am facing this new issue.
I noticed that driver side centre console gets hot if the blower/Air Con is turned on. The front vents air con works but the rear vents give warm air. The temp in the rear can be adjusted but it never gives that chilled AC air.
The central console gets hot that it gets uncomfortable as I rest my leg there.
Has anyone faced a similar issue?

My memory of our C220cdi was that we never got chilled air in the rear, it was front only. Yes, cool air will find it's way back there, but it is not really ice cold or effective.
Could be wrong, but I think you need an S class or Maybach for proper rear A/C. Even in the S class it is not standard, IIRC.
