Rear air suspension problems with C250 4Matic 2015 model

Hi

I have a problem with the rear air suspension on both sides. When the car is not used for approximately 2 days it falls down. Level on the front wheels are ok. When I start it again it says "vehicle rising" and it is good to go after 5-10s. This happens more often during winter than summer. When I push the level button between the seats and rise the vehicle to maximum, the rear suspension keeps this level even when the car is not used for a long time. Mercedes has diagnosed the car several times and found no error messages and no root cause of the problem. Can anyone help?

Might be worth talking to member ‘ioweddie’ he had the same problem with a C220cdi 15 plate airmatic. You may not be able to contact him until you’ve made fifty posts so talk to admin they may help or hopefully he’ll see this post
