Rear aircon problem?

Hi,

2000 E320 CDI estate

Compared to the front, the aircon for rear-seat passengers seems rather poor - not much blow out of the vents at the back of the centre console, and should there be blow out of the vents on the floor under the front seats? Does this sound normal or are there things I should check?

On mine you have to set the air flow to the centre vents (face level) on the dash & the rears blast air out also. If left on auto or any other setting the air flow to the rears is weak.

Closed the dash end vents and turned the vents knob on the dash to 12 o'clock. This slightly increased the flow out of the rear vents in the centre console but not by much. Still no blow from vents under front seats. Whingeing from LittleMacs in rear seats getting louder. Help! :cry:
