OEM Reversing Camera. Not cheap and doesn't include fitting.
eBay will probably have a Chinese camera that could do the job far cheaper, but wouldn't be of similar quality.

Just be aware, as that OE kit listing mentions, you will probably need to go to the dealer to have the Comand unit coded to tell it to allow the camera to display. When I investigated this on a Viano the best option was a camera of my choice and a dongle that effectively was a plug and play coder for the Comand unit.

Aftermarket reversing camera.
LK that's very kind... while I may have been slow to get round to the camera idea having asked first in Sept I was more impulsive re the monitor and ordered one immediately after my post and before I saw your reply so sorted now. Only £22 from Ebay so haven't done too much money. Yep I know M80...
