What happens when you use the console switches?

It's probably the switches. Replace them. Console switches are different to the door switches, btw

I have heard it said that the switches respond very well to cleaning, try a good switch cleaner aerosol type, non drying

check for broken wires then either at the 'elbow; of the door (where the wires go through the black rubber sheath and receive the most bending/breaking) or connecting to the switch/console

also check your fuses.

cheers
