Rear Emblem Replacement. Help Needed.

Some clown tried to pry off my gold star off the liftgate of my ML320. He succeeded in breaking off the circle.
I thought it rest of the star might be secured from the back with a bolt and disassembly of the tail gate may be in order.
- My question is, How do these work>? I see there is one on Ebay For $10 and it has 3 prongs.
- Also, with all my other cars I bought factory manuals. Can't seem to find any do it yourself publications for this truck. Anyone know a source?

It has a bolt at the back, there are various different ones though. It would be worth while to check the price at your local dealer as it shouldnt be too expensive.

Not too sure about factory manuals in US im afraid, however i do often see adverts on ebay for various models...
