A two part question here. For some reason the up down movement for the steering wheel on my 2013 SL 350 has stopped working though there is an audible click when the switch is operated. there are two fuses that operate the steering adjustment one in the engine compartment fuse box and one behind the drivers seat which has a cover that's held in place by about seven torque screws. With all the screws removed the cover will not come off. So the questions are is the up down movement somehow locked and how the b****y hell do you get that cover off.
