Rear lap belts for 1985 280SLC

Can anyone give me advice on fitting lap belts to the rear "kinder" seat of a 1985 280SL convertible? There are anchor points already there. Good idea? Bad idea? Should I try to fit the whole rear seat from a 380SLC?
