Rear Parking Sensor (Parktronic) - Glasgow

Can anyone suggest/recommend somewhere where I can get rear parking sensors fitted?? My wife is really worried that she won't be able to park the ML320 when we pick it up in May.

Many places which do ICE/car-audio also offer these sensors.

However, they will not be fully integrated as the original Parktronic ones would be and you need to be careful that whoever does the installation does not mess up your car in the process. The height, angle and placement on the rear bumper is important for detecting objects properly.

Of the few that I have seen the aftermarket sensors are generally a lot more flimsy than the OEM ones, which tend to be tougher and better built.

Try to see if the dealers can offer a retrofit service with the original factory equipment. The wiring may already be there.

I was thinking of getting the MB Parktronic fitted by a dealer, but was worried that it may cost a lot more that after market stuff.

I had reverse parking sensors retro fitted on my c class estate.I paid Mercedes but they sub contracted.The sensors pick up the road beeping even though there is nothing behind.Still faulty after being fixed and ehere factory fitted ones are3 times.Take care as the c class bumper does not allow fitting where they should be.I don't know about the ML range but be carefull
