I have a 2003 ML270, the rear seats where moved forward then set in the total down position, unfortunately the cable from the main pull handle on the side of the seat has come off which means the 2 seated side of the rear-seat will not move at all. There is no room to look underneath the seat and certainly no room to feel for catches or leavers underneath the seat. It has been in the down position for over 2weeks now, I’m reluctant to take it to MB but feel I may have to. Has anyone had the same problem and if yes is their a fix other than the main dealer?
