Hi all. Sorry if this has been covered before but im reaching insanity point!!
Ive bought some pioneer rear speakers to put in back of my vito. Ive just installed a sony xav ax 3005db stereo and want to connect new rear speakers to unit so i can fade rear speakers up or down. The sony handbook shows a plug in point which is for rear speakers. Popped to Halfords for advice and was told id need to order a Vibe amp and fitting kit. When that arrived i couldnt work out what wentvwhere so rang Vibe who said i didnt need that amp or kit as this is just to use with subwoofer. They offered another quick fit kit which could be connected to head unit. On reading sony manual i noticed this plug in pin port on back of unit. I have tried plugging speakers directly into this pin but still nothing. Can anyone tell me if i can actually just plug speakers into this pin port or do i need yet another so called quick fit kit??
Thank you

The RCA jack's on the back are for connecting to an amplifier. On the back of the unit there appears to be an ISO connection.

The ISO connector has pins for direct connection of speakers.

Thank you guys. Ive now sorted problem thanks to Caraudiocentre. Their tech guy told me the four wires i needed to connect to and 15 mins later i have great sounding speakers. Halfords told me a load of nonsense and as for Sony, you just go round in circles. Giy at caraudiocentre was brilliant.
