Rear springs a bit soft

Evening all
Vito 116 447 3050kg "chockablockintheback"
The front tyres are wearing on the outside so got the tracking checked. Now been told that due to the weight the van is carrying i would be better to fit heavy duty rear springs to lift the rear of the van to level it up with the front. just looking to see if anyone else has fitted beefier springs. Ta
