rear sunroof tilt on the w203 c220?

Changed to new battery a couple of weeks ago at diagnostic center.No settings seem to be interrupted,however the front sunroof was a bit sluggish to respond at first,and the rear is not tilting ,neither is the rear blind rolling back.Do I have to return to diagnostic center? Thank you.

No, you need to clean and lubricate the sunroof mechanism. It gets dirty and this causes the sluggish behavior.
It also wears out the mechanism and can jam / break it. So clean and lubricate
