Rear Window Demist - Fail to Work

Can anyone help please.

I have 2 mercedes 1 is a s400 and the other s320.  In both these cars the heated rear window does not work. The switches glow to indicate that the rear window demist is on but nothing happens.  I have checked the fuses and these are ok.

Next step is to find the relays for the rear window but so far have not found these.

Rear Window Demist

Try checking for any breaks in the elements on the rear window, plus have a check for any current at the contacts on the rear window. Other than that there cant be much wrong with it.
