rear window fault on 1984 230coupe

if anyone can shed any light on this prob i'd be very grateful - basically the rear nearside window does not go all the way down - prolly about 2 inches left showing - also it does up up tight into the rubbers and therefore i get a bit of wind noise.

It's not a massive prob at the mo but once the summer comes i need them windows down when cruising
