rearview mirror housing w129

i need to remove the trim above the inside rearview mirror, where the reading lights are in a 1991 sl500, without cracking it. any help please

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
lever out the lamp lens and there are two screws, remove them
for the mirror, press off downwards, one screw under.
