Does anyone know if a second hand auto boxed engine will be ok to swop into my manual '95 c180 Thanks

Hi Paul the same basic engine will be near enough the same but you must use your own ECU that you have now, plus it may be necessary to change the injection complete on the inlet manifold, keeping the one that you have now

Hi Malcolm, thanks again, most second hand engines seem to befrom autos so thought id better check

I think you may have to use your manual flywheel too, also I think the manual engine will have a spigot bearing in the end of the crankshaft which you will need to swap over too.
