Removal of Rear Inner plastic arch W203

Hello all.
Im going to try and deal with the rust spots in the inside of the rear arch at some point, but I can not work out how to remove the plastic inner arch (on the rear arch).

These things,well the fronts are held on with 10mm plastic nuts, if you do not get a positive answer I can print off the instructions for you in a few days, my other computer has gone down

Cheers Malcom, sad that a 8 year old car is suffering rot.
It gets washed and waxed every week, under the arch always gets a blast. Still, I have ended up with the rear arch rotting away.
