I tried to repair the light combination switch on my 1994 C250D. I had to disconnect the airbag, but on refitting everything, the SRS light will now not go out.

Is there a reset sequence I can follow?

It did all go back without a hitch, so no wires were left disconnected.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

Re removed steering wheel, now the SRS light will not go out

Yes I did switch the ignition on while trying to fault find the main beam flasher problem. What's the approx cost of reseting the SRS light, or is there a chance the local Merc garage will reset it as a complimententy service?
