removing drivers door card

hi all
i am about to respray my drivers door on a w208 clk320 convertible. is it possible to remove the door card to gain ac cess to the wing mirror and door handle without setting off the door airbag. if so is there a technic/method of doing this

If you only want to remove the mirror,the triagle cover 89 in the above picture levers off from the top.
If you want to remove the card, it can be done without setting off the air bag, better thought to dis connect the battery.
