Hi Folks,

I am new to this forum and have been looking for some help in the existing threads. I need to replace the Central Locking Mechanism on the Passenger side of my 2002 C Class Estate. I have purchased the part from Merc (£65), and those kinds folks there assured me it's a simple job!!! Has anyone removed the inside door panel, looking at the part its instillation looks straight forward enough, i just don't fancy taking on removing the inner door panel without some assistance.

Any words (or indeed pictures) of wisdom greatly appreciated.

I do not know what model 202 you have, but here is the paneling on one of them
