Removing Ornamental Cover - Rear Door?

How does one remove the ornamental cover from the rear edge of the rear door window? #135 in diagram

Outside are all stuck on with double sided tape, thats why i asked!!

Yes it's outside. I managed to break off part of the rubber sealing lip, buffing cloth got caught under the corner...:Oops:

Just heat it slowly and pull it off Pete, slow, but works well!
