Hi there.

Is there an easy way to remove the rubber strips on the side of the w123, and the rubber strips on the bottom of the doors? They're not going easily, and I don't want to force...

Cheers

The rubber/chrome strips half way up the doors just pull off. They are easily damaged so use something like a plastic or wooden spatchula to prise them off. The ones at the bottom of the doors are part clipped on and part bolted. For example open on of the front doors. At the bottom on the inside of the door towards the rear you will see a black plastic cap. Gently prise it off. Underneath you will find the head of a nut or a screw. (Can't remember which). Removal from then on is the same as the others.
