I have found out what caused the white fade marks on the metalic silver.Sunscreen or sunblocker as some call it.Really bad for car paintwork.Polishing out with Autoglem.left on for a long period will need to be buffed out.The darker the colour the more pronounced the stain will be as on dark green metallic etc.Watch out for it.Post went up again,sorry about that.
